Todays session with LBOYB leader Carolyn Ward is an opportunity to:
1. go over some cycling skills eg. braking, changing gear,
2. Let’s board a train with your bike, in a safe and acceptable (by the public and the railways folk, standard!).
3. Learn the best ramps to use in Flinders St., ie no stairs etc

Time: 11.15am
Meet: In the carpark at Green Point. Green Point is located on Beach Road, approx 100m right (towards the city) from where South Road runs into Beach Road. It is opposite Brighton Beach Railway Station where there is ample parking.

Details: Today Carolyn will revise a few skills with you in the carpark. Then it’s time to pop over to Brighton Beach Station. At Brighton Beach Station you will board the train with your bike and travel to Flinders Street. From Flinders Street Carolyn will lead you safely off the train, (along the best route out of the station, to avoid stairs and escalators, etc) on the bike path back to Green Point stopping en route for a well earned coffee.
